Piksor Terms of Service Agreement

You may not upload or share images that are:

• Offensive, obscene, or illegal in any way.
• Harmful to minors.
• Violating the privacy or publicity rights of others.
• Containing malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Additionally, the upload of any explicit or suggestive images, whether explicit or implied, of minors is strictly prohibited. Any comments deemed inappropriate or sexually explicit related to images of minors will result in legal action against the uploader after the first report.

By uploading images to Piksor, you grant Piksor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2. Copyright Infringement:
If you believe your copyright has been violated on Piksor, please contact us with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing.
• Your contact information.

5. Termination

Piksor reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account, without notice, for any violation of these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of the Service.

Piksor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use the Service.
