If someone has abused your images and personal information on our platform, and has published your information, you should first report all files related to yourself in the room where this action was taken. The Piksor management system will provide you with tracking code for each report. Write down the tracking code in a corner. Follow the legal process to file a complaint against the person username on Piksor. Then, email us your legal complaint order, and we will send you the information related to your complaint, including the reported images and the person’s IP addresses, to provide to legal authorities. All of your reports will be stored on Piksor’s backup server for 6 months and are legally traceable by the tracking code that is provided to you.
Here are the specific steps involved in pursuing legal action for abuse on Piksor:
- Report the content : Report the content by opening the image. From the top bar of the image, click the three dots icon, and select ‘Report’ for the content. When reporting content, you will be asked to provide information, including the type of abuse and the reason for the report..
- Gather evidence : Once you have reported the content, gather evidence to support your legal complaint. This evidence may include the following:
- The tracking code that was provided to you when you reported the content.
- Screenshots of the chats related to your images.
- Any other evidence that you believe supports your claim of abuse.
- File a complaint. Once you have gathered evidence, file a complaint with the appropriate legal authorities. The specific authorities that you should file a complaint with will vary depending on the nature of the abuse.
- Provide evidence to the authorities. When you file a complaint, provide the authorities with the evidence that you have gathered. This evidence will help the authorities to investigate your complaint and take appropriate action.
